TEACHER OF THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED
Lighthouse of the Big Bend (Tallahassee, FL) is seeking highly motivated Teachers of the Visually Impaired to provide direct instructional services to children ages birth-21 who are blind, visually impaired, or have multi-disabilities. FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions available. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS encouraged to apply.
TVIs are needed for 1) early intervention services provided in clients’ homes and off-site locations; 2) the operation of an after-school/weekend program (2-3 days a week) and summer camp (4 weeks total) for children ages 5-14; and 3) after-school and weekend activities for transition clients ages 14-21.
